1. The hire contract it self, as well as all conditions to addition of hire contract are sign between Frantisek Vana Papírníkova 610, 14200 Praha 4, ICO 66013402 / further only lessor/ And the other side – hirer details are written on the hire contract /further only hirer /
2. Hired car is fully insured on the territory of Czech Republic as well as in Western Europe. However be award that all passengers and language are not insured in this insurance policy. Is necessary that hirer and all passengers do not leave any car documents, personal documents, other valuables, as well as removable car radio, or removable panel from this radio in the car unattended.
3. In case of any accident, or car dysfunctions is obligated hirer inform lessor immediately on the telephone number +420 602 493 505.
4. Not all insurances are covering some cases mention in
Czech law regulation No.99/1997 Sb. No.12/1997 Sb. therefore hirer agree by his
signature of The hire contract that will follow and keep all this rules:
1. Will not use alcohol or any drugs before or during driving the vehicle
2. The signed hirer do no let any other person drive this hired car
3. Will not load to the car anything over weight admitted for this vehicle
4. Any accident, damage, theft will hirer immediately report in closes Police
Station. Further he will there require copy of the police statement include
number under which is in police staticn this case filed. In case of car accident
hirer is obligated to take down on paper following details from the other
person: Number of driving licence, date and place of issuing, number of ID or
passport, first name and forename, the personal identification number, date of
birth, number plate of the other car involved in accident. All this detail is
hirer obligated to report lessor without delay.
5. After is car driven more than 100 km or in case of longer time of hire, is hirer obligated to control all refillalble car liquids e.g. water oil, brake liquid. In case that is necessary fill them up, hirer will do it. As well as control of tire pressure. Hirer is responsible and will have to cover any damage which will happened in case that he will not control it.
6. Hirer will not do any unprofessional changes or repairs to the hired car. In case of car dysfunction he will immediately contact lessor, and discus further steps. Lessor will have to do necessary repair on his own, or advise hirer to get car in authorised service. On Czech territory will be small repair paid to the hirer cash immediately after he will produce receipt of payment. In case of repair overboard will lessor pay to hirer only amount which is equivalent to the repair in territory of Czech Republic, and only in Czech currency.
7. Hirer is obligated always properly lock the hired car and use all safety appliances include in this car e.g. defend lock, car alarm, ect.
8. Hirer will return the car in agreed day and time and as well in state ad condition he did assumed above vehicle. Hirer si responsible on any damages on the car in access of 10. 000 ( then aloft participation) Czech crowns. In case of breach of the return time without previous agreement, will lessor take it as a theft, and will immediately report this situation to the police authorities. The car will be in that moment on the list of searched cars by the police.
9. For each day after contract time exceeded without regular extension, will be hirer charged triple of the basic hire price, as a penalty.
10. In case that accident is a hirers fault, – as mention in point No.4.d conditions of hire, hirer pay penalty of 10.000 Czech crown immediately, as far as damage exceed 100.000,– Kc participations is 10% from laid claims.
11. In case that accident is a hirer fault will hirer pay for every day of repair time only basic day charge, but only up to 10 days after car was taken back by lessor. Lessor will start repair no later than 12 hours after the car was returned from hirer.
12. Car wash and any tire defects, have to be taken by hirer.
13. In case of car theft is hirer obligated to pay lessor 10% of car time price which is set by insurance company.
14. The invoice to the hirer is payable always before the actual hire contract stars.
15. Hirer is obligated once in a month drive the car to lessor for status control. (The control date is always discus upfront together with lessor and hirer.)
16. Hirer is fully responsible for the hired car and can not possibly let it drive or used by any other person which is not stated on the hire contract.
17. The prices of the hire are negotiable and further are agreed between lessor and hirer.
